Refunds, Returns and Replacements (RRR)

We may have some of our own products listed on this website and we only give refunds or replace if a product is DOA (Damaged on Arrival) You the customer will have to send an image and/or a video as soon as you open the product and you notice it damaged. You will have only 3 days to notify us, if you do not by this time then this makes the product refund, return or replacement void. We do not accept change of mind due to our products being made to order.

You will have the option to refund or have the product replaced if it is within 3 days of receipt of purchase for damaged on arrival, Product must be in original packaging and not tampered by you in any way, the product must not be used by you in any way. Some products can not be refunded, returned or replaced due to hygiene reasons.
